Reference Number 0000367665 Bid Intent Not Available The Town of Basalt will accept proposals from interested parties to provide professional services to draft land use code amendments and related policies to implement approved strategies identified the 2024 Updated Affordable Housing Assessment for the Town. The Project will use the strategies listed in the 2024 Updated Housing Needs Assessment to update the Town's Housing Guidelines, policies and land use code to encourage attainable housing development and similarly related Town policies to meet evolving community priorities. If the Consultant believes that the project can be enhanced in any way by the addition of other tasks or the deletion of any specified tasks, such information should be included in the proposal.
