The Project includes the new construction of a 165,000 s.f. elementary school. The construction will take place within the confines of the existing site, with construction commencing and completing while the current school operates on the same site. Following the school student body's move into the new building, the Project includes the demolition of the existing school and finish site work. For printed copies: 1.
