Ramsey County, through the Parks & Recreation Department, seeks a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, hoisting, and supervision necessary to overlay the existing of Highland Arena both South and North Rink with a new, complete, warranted, fully adhered PVC roof system, PVC flashing to all penetrations, perimeters, and wall sections. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE RAMSEY COUNTY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. Ramsey County Procurement's service provider online by online is the only authorized source of soliciation documents. Solicitation documents obtained from any other source may be an incomplete set of documents. Bidders using solicitation documents obtained from another source are advised to register with online to obtain a complete set of solicitation documents and to enable receipt of necessary addenda.
