The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to: Supply, deliver, spread, blade and compact with a packer to achieve a 4" compacted lift with approximately 110 tons of modified class five, 1 inch minus with a minimum 5 - 8 % clay content, to the Public Water Access site located at Eagle Lake PWA in Hennepin County. The DNR requires that the gravel be spread, bladed and compacted with a packer to achieve a 4" compacted lift at the Eagle Lake boat launch. Gravel placement and compaction will be at the direction of the DNR Project Supervisor. The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) reserves the right to increase the total tonnage of this contract based on the price bid and the available budget for the project
