The Project includes the following Work: Webb County is seeking Competitive Sealed Bids from qualified contractors for the Webb County Rio Bravo Street Improvements Project. The proposed scope of work includes but not limited to the 2" asphalt overlay of approximately 3.612 miles of roadway, mobilization, barricades, signs and traffic handling, concrete removal and manhole lid lifting and stripping of nine (9) roadways in the Rio Bravo Community. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The estimated construction budget is estimated between $1,950,000 to $2,000,000. The construction schedule is 60 calendar days from the issued notice to proceed. The Project has an expected duration of 60 calendar days. This document outlines the requirements, selection process, and documentation necessary to submit a formal bid proposal. This public works project is being solicited to assist Webb County in completing and implementing programs and/or projects funded with its allocation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.
