the Buchanan County Public Service Authority, which consists of the construction of 10,850 L.F. of 6-inch, 16,800 L.F. of 4-inch, 6,600 L.F. of 2-inch, 1,500 L.F. of 1-inch, 7,850 L.F. 3/4-inch water line, and 12,000 L.F. of 3/4-inch service line and all related appurtenances. The project will also consist of the construction of a pitless booster pump station, a house pump, and a hydropneumatic tank. Withdrawal of bids shall be according to procedure (i) of the Virginia Public Procurement Act and to the Code of Virginia (2.2-4330). Bids must be accompanied by Bid security as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bidder must be licensed as a Class A contractor in the State of Virginia; Bidders are instructed to review the Code of Virginia, Title 54.1, Chapter 11, prior to bidding. This is a federally assisted project.
