Detroit Road 750,000 Gallon Water Storage Tank Repaint Bids Must Be Submitted In Accordance With the Specifications and Bid Forms on File at the City of Avon - City Hall Bidding Documents shall be shipped via UPS Ground service. OVERNIGHT DELIVERY via UPS or FedEx of the Bidding Documents shall only be made using recipient's billing account number. Bids from anyone not on the Issuing Office's Plan Holders List will be returned unopened. which includes a a pressure wash followed by an SSPC-SP10 abrasive blasting where metalizing coatings have previously failed, then relining the tank interior; SSPC-SP10 abrasive blasting and recoating of the interior dry riser and fill pipe including installation of new jacketed insulation around the fill pipe; pressure washing and overcoats of the existing coatings on the exterior of the tank; and a new logo at the instruction of the Owner. Contractor will paint around the three (3) microwave antennas and corresponding cabling on the top of the tower All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
