Closing Time: 1:00 P.M. ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this tender. ** Question Deadline: Mon Nov 25, 2024 4:00 PM (NST) The City of St. John's (City) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide roll-off truck services at the Robin Hood Bay (RHB) Residential Drop-Off (RDO) facility. The RDO consists of a grade-separated parking lot where residents dispose of their waste in one of twenty-five (25) 40-cubic yard roll-off containers. The containers are supplied by the City and are not part of this contract. The number of containers is subject to change during the period of this contract. The required service as part of this contract involves picking up the roll-off containers at the RDO, transporting them on site, weighing on the weigh scale, dumping their contents at designated locations, and returning the empty containers to the RDO. The initial term of this contract will be for a period of two (2) years starting on or near January 2, 2025, with the option for two (2) additional one-year extensions.
