Sevier County is seeking Competitive Sealed Bids (CSB) for the procurement/construction of a new walk-in and forklift accessible freezer unit at the Central Utah Food Sharing facility. This request for sealed bids is being issued as a bidding process to select a qualified contractor/firm to provide construction services. Sevier County will select one (1) Supplier to provide the necessary equipment, materials, and labor for the project as outlined in the Request for Bids. Central Utah Food Sharing facility is located at 2050 Industrial Park Rd. Richfield, Utah. This project includes all activities necessary to purchase, construct, and install the following: - 16x36 (576 sq. ft.) concrete slab for the freezer floor. - 16x36x10.5 drive-in freezer building - Refrigeration unit suitable for the above-mentioned freezer structure - All necessary components for freezer building. Bids should cover all equipment, materials, and labor required to complete the installation. Note: if adding ADA elements within the project, specify within the scope the ADA request such as specifying the bathroom will be ADA assessable. Community Development Block Grant funds will be a source of financing for this project.
