2025 Bridge Preservation Project Contractor Sevier SSD#1 (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Sevier SSD#1 ñ 2025 Bridge Preservation Project. The Project includes the following work: structural pothole patching, healer sealer, thin bonded polymer overlay type I, asphalt removal, asphalt paving, and incidental work. Bids will be received for a single contract. Questions: Questions shall be submitted by email to Micklane Farmer at micklane.f@jonesanddemille.com by Tuesday, November 26, 2024, by 5:00 PM Owner anticipates that the Projectís total bid price will be approximately $450,000. No prebid conference will be held. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidderís maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions.
