2024 Street Maintenance project. Work to be performed includes: The project includes planning and overlay of approximately 35,300 square feet of asphalt roadway and partially full depth road restoration for four different locations at 76th Street E, 77th Street E, 180th Avenue Ct E, and 191st Avenue Ct E. The bids will be tabulated by City staff and posted to the Citys website. The Contractors shall clearly identify project name on all submitted bid packages. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. Bidders are encouraged to Register as a Bidder in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and be placed on the Bidders List. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, postal money order, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5 percent of the amount of such bid proposal. Checks shall be made payable to the City of Bonney Lake. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Bonney Lake. The City of Bonney Lake reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) calendar days.
