No bids received. The Southbridge Economic Development and Planning Office is requesting quotes for glass window and door replacement at 13 Central St, Southbridge, MA. Scope of Work A. Windows and Doors 1. Installation of all windows, transom, bronze-colored casings, and trim at the front and side portions of the Honest Town Eats business. 2. Installation of two glass doors and all related bronze-colored casing, trim and hardware Funding for this work is through federal and state sources. Federal and State Prevailing Wage requirements apply--whichever is higher. OSHA-10 Cards required. Contracts must include all labor, materials, and equipment to perform this work, complete, in place, in every way. A 50% payment bond is required if the contract is greater than $25,000. Contracts will be between the Property Owner and the Contractor. The Property Owner reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. We ask that your quote be honored for 45 days from the quote opening date. All quotes will be reviewed for accuracy and quote responsibility; only the lowest responsible quote will be awarded a contract. Questions and comments are appreciated.
