Scope of Work 1. Communication and Traffic Control: o Communicate with mayor or designated city official on the scope of work, time schedules and work areas to be blocked off from daily traffic. 2. Debris Removal: o Remove excess rock, dirt, and debris approximately 5 ft. deep or lower than the drain that has eroded to the bottom of the creek. 3. Cleaning under bridges and underpasses: 4. Grading and Cleaning Creek Sides: o Grade and clean the sides of the creek from trash and trees that may impair the movement of water during rain. 5. Work Area: o Begin at Hoadley St, continue through Main St, Ross Ave, St. Julian St, Bessemer Ave, Brighton Ave, Patton Ave, Dolomite Ave, Parker Springs St, and finish at Oakmont St (approximately 1 mile). 6. Site Cleanup: o Clean the job sites of all related debris upon completion of the above-described work. Proposal Requirements: o Company Information: Provide company name, address, contact information and a brief history of the company. o Experience: Detail relevant experience with similar projects, including references. o Project Plan: Outline the approach to completing the project, including a timeline. o Cost Proposal: Provide a detailed cost breakdown for the project. o Warranty: Include informant on warranties for work and materials. o Insurance: Provide proof of general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
