The new building will be located to the south of the existing High School with the main entrances on the ground floor and three-story classroom wings. Administration, auditorium, cafeteria, kitchen, and gym are on the ground floor and the media center and clssrooms are on the second floor and third floors. The new school is targeting Net-Zero ready construction. The project is pursuing LEED Gold. Once the new building is constructed, the existing High School building will be demolished to make way for the new athletic fields, site circulation and parking. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000 This project will require a successful Town Council vote in May 2025 and the Town Ballot in June 2025 for the full funding of the project.
