The project consists of but not limited to: 1. Removal and installation of a new roofing system on the Westfield Gas and Electric building, canopy and loading dock. 2. Replacement for roof drains and rain leader piping within the interior of warehouse building. 3. New interior rain leader piping. 4. Connection of the new roof rain leaders to exterior site storm water system. 5. Hazardous material abatement of asbestos containing materials. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
