Renovation of a residential development in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Westfield Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, requests quotes for Remove Chimneys for Murphy Circle, 667-1 at 10 Dolan Court, Westfield. MA, in accordance with the documents prepared by Roy S. Brown Architects. The Project consists of: partial chimney removal installing a partial new shingle roof over new wood framing, gutters and downspouts on four buildings. The work is estimated to cost $57,000. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the total bid amount, and made payable to the Westfield Housing Authority. Bidder selection, procedures and contract awards shall be in conformity with M.G.L. Chapter 149 Section 44A-H. Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149&44A-J to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 &&26 to 27H inclusive.
