Site work for a water / sewer project in Waldwick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Ground Storage Tanks 1 & 2 Improvements Work of the project shall include mobilization, ground water storage tank ladder replacements, power washing, coating system, new tank roof vents, new tank electric mixers, overflow pipes painting, roof safety lines, caulking, restoration, and all associated tasks. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to REV. Packaging and shipping costs are additional and shall be borne by the Bidder. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bid bond, or cashier's check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, but not in excess of $20,000. Certified checks to be made payable to the Borough of Waldwick. All bids must be enclosed in a properly sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder and the nature of the bid contained therein. The Contractor will be required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 (Anti- Discrimination in Employment), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq. (Equal Employment Opportunity), 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq. (Americans with Disabilities Act), and N.J.S.A.34:11-56.48. (Public Works Contractor Registration). N.J.S.A.52:32-44 et seq. (New Jersey Business Registration) and N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq. (State Prevailing Wage Act). The Borough of Waldwick reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
