Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Waldwick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Pre-Fabricated - Cedar Wood Structures - Catalog - CK04 COOP - For the 24-Month Period Commencing on Date of Award. The County of Bergen Department of Parks desires to establish a twenty-four (24) month contract with potential for multiple catalogs and vendors members for the Provision or the Provision and Installation of Pre-Fabricated Cedar Wood Structures. The County of Bergen Department of Parks currently maintains over 9,000 acres of park land, including six (6) Golf Courses, a zoo, two (2) horse riding facilities, approximately 21 park and recreational areas (including athletic fields and pedestrian pathways), and grounds of approximately 25 County complexes located throughout Bergen County. In addition, the County of Bergen is asking to extend Catalog Pricing to County or Bergen's Cooperative members via New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance - #CK04 All Bid Addenda will be issued online as well as in accordance with 40A:11-23c. Therefore, all interested respondents should check online from now through bid opening. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions Mar 11th 2025, 5:00 PM EDT Bidders shall comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.37 and 34:11-56.38 of the "Prevailing Wage Act"
