Residuals Removal and Disposal for the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the Borough of Waldwick, Bergen County, New Jersey for a period of two (2) years. The link to join thewebinar shall be posted no later than 48 hours before the bids are scheduled to be openthrough a "public notice" issued on the Authority's e-procurement platform. The Work of this Contract consists of suppling containers, transportation and disposal of accumulated grit,screenings and other residuals within the time frames stipulated in the Contract Documents and hauling sludge cake residuals (15-25%) solids for disposal on an as needed basis. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law. An award will be made orBid Packets will be rejected within sixty (60) Calendar Days after the opening of the Bid Packets, during which time the Bid Packets shall be irrevocable and unavailable to withdraw by Bidders, unless otherwise extended in the Contract Documents. The Authority further reserves the right to modify this Contract through the distribution of Addenda to plan holders of record without further publication.
