Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Waldwick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Furnish and install new industrial duty rubber rollup door at the Grit Removal Building, complete including 1/4-inch-thick black rubber security curtains with polyester core weave Heavy-duty stainless-steel guides Stainless steel full breakaway bottom bar Stainless steel motor cover and hood Direct drive motor with 12 inch per second opening speed Motor shall be 480 volt, 3 phase, 60 HZ, size per manufacturer recommendation Safety photo eyes Emergency hoist operation Fully springless roll-tube Limited lifetime warranty on curtain In case of impact the door is designed to break away and be resettable with normal tools and equipment Remove and dispose of existing steel rollup door, rails, hood and hardware off site. New rollup door is to be installed on the exterior of the grit building door opening. New industrial duty rubber rollup door shall be PerforMax MaxPower as manufactured by PerforMax Global or equal.
