The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms to provide Lobby Enclosure Installation Services. Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, "Scope of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed, as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits. The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid. This IFB is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Morongo Basin Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Ballistic Lobby Enclosure Installation Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement/Certification: Contractor must possess a valid California Contractor's State License Board License General B. B. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete State of California Standard 807, in duplicate, and submit prior to execution of Agreement. 2. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol Morongo Basin Area office 63683 29 Palms Highway Joshua Tree, CA 92312 3. The services shall be provided during: Work shall be performed on weekends or evenings unless other arrangements have been made with the CHP Facilities Coordinator and Area office contact. A work schedule will be established with the on-site contact to assure a minimum of interruptions of the essential state operation and Contractor's work.
