Renovation of a stadium in Penticton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Remove existing rubber floor, supply and install new rubber floor at South Okanagan Events Centre. Provide all labour, materials, tools and equipment and anything else necessary to remove and dispose of existing flooring, prep floor and install new material as specified herein. Remove approximately 8,488 ft2 of rubber flooring (does not contain asbestos) from South Okanagan Events Centre located at 853 Eckhardt Avenue West, Penticton, BC Dispose of old flooring in the most environmental manner possible and at minimum meet anybgovernment regulations for disposal. It is the Contractor's responsibility to remove the old flooring and debris from the site. City dumpsters must not be used. Grind concrete to remove old adhesive and prep surface for new flooring, including minor patching, if required. Supply and install approximately 8,488 ft2 of rubber tile flooring. Flooring must come in tiles, be 6mm thick, and have a 3mm wear layer. Rubber tile flooring must be light grey with speckles.
