Renovation of an educational facility in Rockford, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of January 14, 2025, selection has not been made yet. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project scope entails the modification and build out of an unfinished space on the third floor and addition of an elevator connecting the four main levels of the HSC building on the main campus of Rock Valley College at 3301 N Mulford Rd, Rockford, IL. The build out on the third floor will entail selective demolition of existing conditions to accommodate the new design. The new buildout of this space is to accommodate a new Message Therapy program, breakroom, new restroom & mother's room, Marketing department office suite, and student lounge. The new elevator will replace a current meeting room on all levels.
