PBA is managing the design and construction for Knox County's new Engineering & Public Works facility at Baxter Avenue. The new 3-story building is approximately 51,300 square feet. PBA is seeking a construction firm for this construction. The Procurement Office of the Public Building Authority of the County of Knox and the City of Knoxville, Tennessee ("PBA") is requesting bids for the construction of Knox County's new Engineering and Public Works facility. PBA intends to award a contract for the duration of the construction project and until completion. All questions must be in writing and directed to the procurement representative.
