For the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, services, etc., necessary for the Frontier Nursing University Guest House Generator Upgrades as set forth in the specifications and as shown on the drawings prepared by RossTarrant Architects, Inc., 101 Old Lafayette Avenue, Lexington, Kentucky 40502. All interested contractors are invited to submit. Each Proposal shall be submitted on the forms contained in the Project Manual. Method ofReceiving Bids: Bids will be received from the following invited Contractors for a Total Lump Sum Amount. A Performance and Payment Bond for 100% ofthe accepted bid amount shall be required. Right to Reject and Waiver: The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest ofthe Owner or to reject any bid where evidence or information submitted by the bidder does not satisfy the Owner that the Bidder is qualified to carry out the details of the Contract Documents. Project Scope: The project will remove the existing emergency generator for the guest houses at Frontier Nursing University and provide a new generator capable offull backup power for the three guest houses. The work will involve trenching for new utility lines and include new transfer switches for the existing guest houses as well.
