The Town of Stoughton invites sealed bids in accordance with M.G.L. 30-39M from qualified construction companies experienced in, but not limited to: the installation and repair of water, sewer and storm drain piping, valves of various sizes, types and manufacturers and related work in the Town’s various pump stations and street utility infrastructure for on call and emergency services as needed and directed by the Water and Sewer Superintendent. Contract will be awarded for a one-year period with two one year options to renew solely based on the Towns discretion. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Bidders are prohibited from communicating directly with any employee of the Town of Stoughton regarding this solicitation except as specified in this bid document, and no other individual employee or representative is authorized to provide any information or respond to any question or inquiry concerning this bid except for the Procurement Office. In the event this Request for Bid is incomplete or information is missing, all questions must be made in writing and submitted to bids@stoughton-ma.gov in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation. Failure to follow these instructions may result in bidder disqualification. Answers to any questions will be issued through an addendum to all persons who have requested bids.
