Prevailing wage rates apply to this project and as per MGL 50% payment bond if contract is more than $25,000.00 the supply, installation and complete dismantle and assembly of fencing at the Goff Baseball field 100 Elm Street. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, waive any informality if the Owner determines, within its own discretion, that it is in the Owner's best interest to do so as permitted by law. Scope of Work Location: Goff Field 100 Elm Street Stoughton, MA Work includes complete dismantle and assembly of Goff Baseball field. . Remove and replace fence Goff 100 Elm Street. . OUTFIELD FENCE - 558' of 4' high black vinyl coated chain link fence. . The new backstop will be 10' x 20' x 10' x 22' high . all materials will be vinyl coated black. . Top & bottom rails 1-5/8" SCH 40 vinyl coated black includes hardware . Line posts 2-1/2" x 4' lcx vinyl coated black (sleeve over existing posts) . Gate posts 3" x 4' lcx vinyl coated black (sleeve over existing posts) . INFIELD FENCE - 155' of 12' high black vinyl coated chain link fence.
