Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project is funded with Community Development Block Grant Funds and shall therefore follow Federal Labor Standards Provisions. General Contractors and Sub Contractors performing work on this project shall be in good standing on the Ohio Department of Transportation's approved contractor listing for the type of work involved. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check upon a solvent bank for the sum of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and performance properly secured by a bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract.
