Site work for a water / sewer project in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide labor, material, and equipment to install a new 6 diameter Ductile Iron water main 360-foot long along with necessary connections, road bore, and connect existing meter service along with two tie ins to a 6 PVC pipe located on 73 Millville-Oxford Rd; Ross Township; Butler County, Ohio. Such Bid guaranty shall be in the form of either a bond, secured by a corporate surety, in the amount of 100% of the bid amount; or a certified check, cashiers check, or irrevocable letter of credit, made payable to the District, in an amount equal to 10% of the Bid amount Bidders should address all questions to Neil Bond at the District, 513-863-0828 ext-230, bondn@swwater.org The amount of liquidated damages shall be $200.00 per calendar day All work is to be substantially complete (all complete excepting establishment of grass growth) no later than 180 calendar days for each Project Part after the Notice to Proceed. The Southwest Regional Water District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bidding.
