** As of February 11, 2025, the project was awarded to Neyra Paving, with an awarded amount of $213,797.50.** Furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for: Main St Alley Reconstruction Phase 1 as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by City of Hamilton (Design Professional). Bids will not be accepted after this time. S ubject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best responsible bid(s). In general, the improvements for which bids are requested will consist of the following: Reconstruction of two concrete alleys concrete curb, sidewalk, drive apron, south of Main St. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is an Ohio Prevailing Wage Project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s).
