Beissinger and Eaton Roads Roundabout Rearrangement The project is described as follows: Provide labor, material, and equipment to install 430' of 20", and 250' of 6" Ductile Iron pipe, along with two bores, tie into 4", & 16" PVC pipe, and 8" & 12" AC pipe at different points in a roundabout, along with restoring the ground to its original condition as required by the project specifications in St. Clair Township; Butler County, Ohio. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a bid guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the ORC. Such bid guaranty shall be in the form of either a 100% bond or a cashier's check or irrevocable letter of credit, made payable to SWRWD in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount. All corporate sureties shall be licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of the project. No contract will be awarded if the lowest and best base bid is in excess of 10% above the Engineer's pre-bid estimate of cost, which is $408,000.00. This is an Ohio prevailing wage project.
