The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (Mobility Authority) anticipates beginning the process to solicit proposals from entities interested in providing the Mobility Authority with services related to the development of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) and Construction Support Services for six Travis County projects. The County has enlisted the services of the Mobility Authority to expedite the delivery of these projects as part of the County's Capital Improvement Program, for which PS&E services are being solicited. Consulting and professional services solicited by this RFQ include production of PS&E Plans for the construction of the Projects in Travis County. The six Travis County projects for which PS&E services are being solicited are as follows: PROJECT SCOPE Arterial A Update and finish the previously developed 95% design for a new 4-lane divided roadway with bike lanes and sidewalks. Bee Creek Road Improve from a 2-lane undivided roadway with no shoulders to a 2-lane divided roadway with two-way left turn lane, shoulders, and a shared use path on one side from Lakehurst Road to Highland Boulevard. Blake Manor Road Widen from a 2-lane undivided roadway to a 4-lane divided roadway with shoulders from Taylor Lane to Burleson Manor Road. Cameron Lane Widen from a 2-lane roadway without shoulders to a 4-lane divided roadway with a shared-use path from Pecan Street to Fuchs Grove Road. Howard Lane Shared Use Path Install a Shared Use Path on the south side of Howard Lane from McNeil Road to McNeil-Merriltown Road. The selected Respondent will work at the direction and supervision of the Mobility Authority and its General Engineering Consultant (GEC) to provide the Services. The Mobility Authority expects the selected Respondent to work cooperatively and collaboratively in assisting the GEC through all aspects and phases of concept validation and PS&E design services and in its dealings with Travis County, subcontractors, engineers, legal counsel, consultants, governmental entities, utilities, businesses, property owners, and the general public. The Mobility Authority invites all qualified entities to provide Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) once it is issued.
