General work description: The work to be done consists, in general, of roadway reconstruction, earthwork, underground drains, box culvert construction, utility relocations, signing, striping and related work. Other items or details not mentioned herein that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications or these Special Provisions must be performed, constructed, furnished or installed. Bidders may visit the project site. Technical questions should be directed in writing to Michael J. Winton, P.E. at the Resource Management Agency, 5961 S. No questions will be accepted within five (5) working days of the bid opening (Questions must be received by 10:00 A.M. on November 26, 2024).
