**As of February 12, 2025, No award, The Project is scheduled to be awarded at the March 4th 2025 Board Meeting** The work to be done consists, in general, of constructing a single lane roundabout, installing ADA compliant ramps, the placement of aggregate base and hot mix asphalt, construction of roadside drainage swales, installing streetlights, drainage improvements and related striping/signage improvements. The concrete improvements involve the construction of curb and gutter, sidewalk, a concrete apron, and traffic medians. Other items or details not mentioned herein that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications or these Special Provisions must be performed, constructed, furnished or installed. Bidders may visit the project site. The Project is to be completed within ninety (90) working days from the date to be established in the NOTICE TO PROCEED. The Contract includes provisions for Liquidated Damages if the Project is not timely completed. The County establishes a DBE Contract goal of 22% Bids are required for the entire work described herein.
