The City of St. Louis ("City") owns St. Louis Lambert International Airport® ("Airport"). The Airport is operated for the City by the Airport Authority, a department of the City of St. Louis ("Authority"). The Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Management & Operation of Parking Facilities Services for the Airport. The Facilities at the Airport are high profile, first class parking facilities that will require the services of a Parking Operations Management Company experienced in managing and operating a commercial parking business in a high volume environment similar to the Airport's Facilities. The successful Proposer must also have extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of a shuttle bus fleet of vehicles, and be able to demonstrate the level of service and high profile standards an operation of this magnitude requires in a high traffic environment similar to the Airport. This Request For Proposals with Qualifications ("RFP") is expected to result in the selection of a qualified Proposer or Proposers to assist the City in this undertaking. The City of St. Louis Airport Authority ("Authority") reserves the right to take one, all, or any combination of the following actions: reject any and all proposals, advertise for new proposals, cancel this RFP, or proceed to have the services performed otherwise. The submission of a proposal by a Proposer will not in any way commit the City of St. Louis or the Authority to enter into an Agreement with that Proposer or any other Proposer.
