Lamar Ne POE Remodel Estimated Construction Cost: $560,256.00 The State of Colorado Department of Public Safety is requesting bids from contractors for the site preparation, excavation, under slab utility proportions and concrete slab completion. The general contractor shall be the primary agent for every aspect of this project and responsible for selection of subcontractors as needed. The project may require using prevailing wages, LCPtracker software and Apprenticeship Certification per state rules.
