Reference Number 0000392647 The Southeast Colorado Regional Housing Authority (SECRHA), through the Southeast Colorado Enterprise Development (SECED), solicit responses from qualified firms to complete a Housing Needs Assessment in compliance with Colorado SB24-174 and covering 31 local governments across 6 counties. The purpose of the SECRHA RFQ is to conduct a new Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) in compliance with SB24-174 for the six county SECRHA region of the Regional Housing Authority. There are 31 local governments within the SECRHA. Most of these local governments are very small rural communities. The HNA will be required to break out housing data by SECRHA including Baca, Bent, Crowley, Kiowa, Otero, and Prowers Counties. The region has collectively worked on these projects together and anticipates new housing projects to be located in the local towns and cities where services are available.
