Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Platteville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This will be bid as a lump-sum bid to be sub- contracted to the Construction Manager as Constructor. This bid package includes complete mass demolition of the existing buildings on parcels 271-1294 and 271-1295 in the City of Platteville located in Grant County, WI. Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept any bid, reject any and all bids, and upon acceptance of any bid, to thereafter accept revisions or modifications on such bid.
