Areas of expertise include: Carpentry Carpet & Flooring Electrical Glass Installation and Repair HVAC Locksmith Painting (Interior & Exterior) Plumbing Roof Repair/Maintenance Specialized Cleaning Tree Trimming Questions regarding the project will be received until November 5, 2024 at 4:00 PM by emailing Ashley Claussen, claussena@cowlitzwa.gov. Certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond congruent with the Bid Bond Security Form as identified in the "Instructions to Bidders" section is required to be submitted with each bid in response to this solicitation. A bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the entire bid amount is required.
