Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A brief description of work in the project as follows: Provide and install two new vertical lifts with all associated devices, wiring and conduit. Replace 8 pairs of doors in existing frames. One classroom door/frame/transom is to be relocated. Work shall be installed, inspected and approved by the City of Greensboro/Guilford County Fire Marshal's office. A 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required for this project. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and to waive any informalities and irregularities.
