The Project Improvement limits are within the Carrollton Heights subdivision in the City of Carrollton. Improvement streets include Clint Street, Baxley Street, Maryland Street, Spring Avenue, Rosemon Avenue, Walnut Street, and associated alleys. The project consists of barricades and traffic control, removal, disposal, and replacement of 25,000 square yards of street pavement, construction of approximately 4,800 SY of sidewalks, 606 CY of retaining walls, 210 LF of sanitary sewer mains, 3,000 LF of water mains, 4690 LF of storm pipe, and residential street lighting. The Bidder shall provide unit prices for all line items (1 - 104) in Base Bid and unit prices for all items in either Alternate 1 or Alternate 2. The City will select the lowest combination of Base Bid plus Alternate.
