Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Carrollton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project impacts approximately four streets within the Woodlake subdivision in the City of Carrollton, and includes replacement of existing street pavement and sidewalks, construction of 8-inch sanitary sewer mains, barricades and traffic control, and other subsidiary work within project limits. Question Deadline 11/21/2024 at 11:00 AM CT Questions are required to be submitted via Online No Pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. All responders must submit a bid bond (on city form) based on 5% of your total bid. All bids must be accompanied by the bidder's bond or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the proposed total pricing amount. This amount may be retained by the City of Carrollton as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder (or bidders) fails to comply with the terms of this bid. Payment, Maintenance, and Performance bonds will be required Until the final award by the City of Carrollton, said City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, to proceed otherwise when the best interests of said City will be realized hereby. Bids will be submitted sealed and plainly marked with the date and time of opening. The City of Carrollton Municipal Building is wheelchair accessible.
