Site work for a water / sewer project in Burlington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Work of this project is generally described as rehabilitating Well 9, including removing existing pumping equipment, televising the well, brushing and bailing well, installing the Owner Furnished pump and motor, and providing two new airlines and a sand separator. The Work also includes an alternate to replace Booster Pump 1. Well 9 Rehabilitation BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. CONTRACT SECURITY: The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount equal to the Contract Price. BID REJECTION/ACCEPTANCE: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding, or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serves the interests of the Owner. BID WITHDRAWAL: No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled opening of the bids without the consent of Owner.
