Site work for a mixed-use development in Decatur, Illinois. Working plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; and water / sewer project.
As of 1/17/2025, no bids were received for this project. No additional information is available at this time. 2025 Greenwood Cemetery Drainage and Rebuild Project Work shall commence on or about May 12, 2025, or soon thereafter, but in no case shall it begin later than May 30, 2025. Work shall be substantially completed not later than July 29, 2025. Further specifications and requirements are provided in the Bid Form/Bidding Documents. The winning bidder must be prepared to comply with all applicable laws and provided proof of insurance. For public works, Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). Decatur Township reserves the right in its sole discretion to waive irregularities, omissions, or reject all bids.
