Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clarksville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Roofing of Stuart Burns and White Bluff Elementary Schools You Are Invited to Submit Your Qualifications To Be Considered as a Bidder for Two General Contracts for Construction of the Above Mentioned Projects. The RFP selection process ranks qualifications of Proposers against a minimum score to create a list of selected bidders. The bids for construction by contractors approved to bid will be lump sum. The projects will be released to bid and contracted separately approximately a week apart beginning in mid-January of 2025. It is anticipated that contracts will be executed in early March. Actual work on the sites will not commence until the close of the academic year, May 25, 2025 and shall be completed around mid-October 2025. All questions regarding scope and RFP requirements shall be directed to Lane Lyle, lanelyle@lylecookmartin.com or (931) 624-8717 Bidders shall be licensed as General Contractors under Tennessee Code Annotated 62-1-101 et.seq.
