The Scope of Work for this project includes the timber repair of the railroad bridges on the RJ Corman Memphis Line at MP 175.9, 178.55, 194.8, 197.7 in Montgomery County, Tennessee. Each Bidder must deposit (with his bid) bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Pre bid notes : ***special Note*** if Any Vendor is More Than 15 Minutes Late to the Pre-bid, They Will Not Be Allowed to Attend the Pre-bid Nor Bid on This Project as the General Contractor. Pre-bid Meeting Will Be Closed as of 1:15 P.m No Bidder may withdraw his bid for ninety (90) days following the bid opening. The right to reject any or all bids and to wave technicalities is reserved by the owner. Question Deadline 01/13/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions shall be submitted no less than seven days prior to the date for opening the bids.
