Renovation of a retail development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
The intent of this RFSQ is to select up to five (5) respondents, with a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience, to bid on subsequent construction or retrofit projects for the LCBO stores, retail service centres and offices throughout Ontario. The LCBO construction projects may involve warehouse retrofits and retail store construction projects, including but not limited to: (a) Site servicing and shell building construction of new standalone stores; (b) Interior fit-up of new urban in-fill, new stores in existing mall locations (i.e. enclosed mall, strip malls) and new standalone stores; (c) Expansion and renovation to existing stores where overall gross floor areas are increased, or existing space is reconfigured; (d) Store and warehouse renovation, expansion, addition, and maintenance; and (e) Company-wide rollouts The term of the Master Framework Agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, commencing on a date to be determined by the LCBO, with an option to extend the Agreement at the sole discretion of the LCBO, on the same terms and conditions, for an additional term of up to three (3) separate one (1) year optional terms.
