Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Site Directions: South of Broadway along Pancheri to Bellin and along Grizzly between Stosich Lane and Pancheri Rd. This project shall consist of the Contractor furnishing all tools, labor, equipment, and materials to install 350 LF of curb and gutter, 75 SY of 4" and 250 SY of 5" concrete sidewalks, 5500 LF of pathway, a rectangular rapid flash beacon system, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. Question Deadline 01/07/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Est. Completion Date: July 31, 2025 Bids received from bidders not on the Plan Holders List will be deemed non-responsive.
