Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Kentwood, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
As of February 26, 2025, construction is underway and will be complete in 2026. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Triangle Associates, Inc., Construction Manager for the City of Kentwood, will receive proposals from qualified bidders for the Kentwood Community Center project. Prevailing Wages do not apply to this project. Bidder Requests for Information ("RFI") shall be submitted to the office of the Construction Manager, Triangle Associates, Inc., at 3769 Three Mile Road NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534. E-mail Bid bonds are required. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this phase of the project. The site is available for review. It is a green field site located due north of the existing Kentwood Fire Department (Station 1) and west of the Kentwood Justice Center. Refer to the site logistics plan. Tree clearing and earthwork are underway.
