Anticipated Award Date Wednesday, February 5, 2025 The City of Kentwood (City), Michigan is soliciting proposals for design and construction administration (Services) for two (2) City projects on Breton Avenue SE at 52nd Street SE and Breton Avenue SE over the Paul Henry Trail (Projects). The City intends to contract with the awarded Respondent (Consultant) for the duration of the Projects. The City requires proposals for both Projects with the intention of awarding both to one (1) Consultant. The Consultant shall provide the requested Services in accordance with the terms and conditions which follow.
